All Microsoft Registered Members, Small Business Specialists, Certified or Gold Certified Partners or System Builders, who provide installation and deployment services for Microsoft software ("Participants"), are eligible to participate in the Windows Small Business Server 2003 R2 Service Rebate and Redemption Program ("Program"). Employees of Microsoft Corporation, their affiliated companies, advertising agencies, gift suppliers or other representatives, or members of the respective immediate families of such employees and anyone with whom such employees are domiciled are ineligible to participate in the offer. Eligibility Requirements. This Program only includes Windows Small Business Server 2003 R2 Standard Edition, and Windows Small Business Server 2003 R2 Premium Edition (each referred to as "SBS"). COEM (System Builder), DOEM and OEM (ROK), Volume Licensing, and Fully Packaged Product Licenses for Windows Small Business Server 2003 R2 (Premium or Standard Edition) are eligible. A Participant must perform either of the following services to be eligible for this Program. Each instance of performing either of the following services will be considered a "Deployment." If SBS has already been preinstalled on an end user customer's system, a Participant must configure SBS for a specific end user customer on that system, and also comply with all other requirements of the Program; and If SBS has not already been preinstalled on an end user customer system, a Participant must install and configure SBS for a specific end user customer system, and also comply with all other requirements of the Program. For each Deployment that begins and is completed between January 1, 2008 and June 30, 2008, and subject to the limitations and other terms set forth below, Participant may choose to receive one of the following promotions: Five Windows Small Business Server Client Access Licenses for either Windows Small Business Server 2003 R2 Standard, or Windows Small Business Server 2003 R2 Premium Edition, or A rebate, as follows: a one hundred dollar ($100.00) USD rebate for a Deployment of Windows Small Business Server 2003 R2 Standard Edition, subject to limitations set forth below, or a two hundred twenty five ($225.00) USD rebate for a Deployment of Windows Small Business Server 2003 R2 Premium Edition, subject to limitations set forth below. For each Deployment and promotion election by a Participant, the Participant must provide a copy of a unique end user customer invoice with proof of the Deployment services that were provided between January 1, 2008 and June 30, 2008, and proof of a valid Certificate of Authenticity, or Volume License Keys, for the applicable SBS product installed and configured on that end user's system, by either: completing the required forms on the Program website (www.sbsoffer.com), and uploading the customer invoice for the Deployment services and the license number located on a valid Certificate of Authenticity or Volume License Keys; mailing the customer invoice for the Deployment services and the license number located on a valid Certificate of Authenticity or Volume License Keys to Windows Small Business Server 2003 R2 Program Support, 29 Blake Street, Hamilton, Ontario, L8M 2S4, Canada; or faxing the customer invoice for the Deployment services and the license number located on a valid Certificate of Authenticity or Volume License Keys to Windows Small Business Server 2003 R2 Program Support at 1-905-312-0826. All submissions of proof: Certificates of Authenticity or Volume License Keys, and proof of Deployment services must be submitted and received before 12:00 am EST on July 31, 2008. The end user customer invoice submitted by a Participant must clearly describe the Deployment services provided to the end user customer and the amounts invoiced. The rebate is only offered when Deployment services are provided, and is not an SBS product discount or rebate. If a Participant invoices an end user customer for Deployment services at less than $100 for Windows Small Business Server 2003 R2 Standard Edition, or less than $225 for Windows Small Business Server 2003 R2 Premium Edition, the rebate will be reduced to the invoiced amount unless the invoice clearly identifies any service discounts provided to reflect the rebate offer. This Program is limited to the first 50 Deployments of SBS for each Participant and its affiliates. All submissions become the property of Microsoft and will not be returned. All eligible Program offers will be fulfilled on behalf of Microsoft by MSProgramSupport, located at 29 Blake Street, Hamilton, Ontario, L8M 2S4, Canada. Neither Microsoft nor MSProgramSupport will assume any responsibility or liability for any lost, late, mutilated, misdirected, postage due, or illegible entries, or any computer, online, telephone or technical malfunctions that may occur. All payments for qualifying service rebates will be made payable to the Participant's company name. There may be tax consequences to a Participant in connection with this program. Microsoft will not remit any taxes on a Participant's behalf, nor will it provide any tax-related documentation to a Participant. Each Participant is solely responsible for ensuring that any taxes arising from participation in the rebate program are reported and paid to the appropriate tax authority. All information submitted by any party will be used to determine eligibility for the Program, provide fulfillment of services for the Program, and for other Microsoft internal business purposes. Except as otherwise described in this statement, information provided on this Site will not be shared outside of Microsoft and its controlled subsidiaries and affiliates without permission. The promotion items selected by a participant, if the eligibility requirements have been met, will be sent to Participants within 4-6 weeks after the Program end date. The rebate is non-transferable and no alternatives will be provided. Submission of an offer promotion request indicates a Participants acceptance of these terms and conditions. Participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions and the decisions of Microsoft, which are final. Microsoft also reserves the right to contact the end user customers of any submissions by Participants to verify information about the services provided. This Program is subject to the laws of the State of Washington. Void where prohibited. Microsoft reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the redemption program should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond the control of Microsoft corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the redemption program. Microsoft assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction to or unauthorized alteration of the entries.
